Job summary

The International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer (IASLC) is seeking a Program Manager for Nursing and Allied Health in Denver. The role blends science, education, and community to translate oncology content for multidisciplinary teams.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing and Membership Officer, this exempt, full-time position emphasizes engagement, education initiatives, and global member growth with a hybrid Denver office schedule and up to 5% travel.

Qualifications

• RN/NP or licensed nurse with oncology or related clinical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in oncology or related field.
• Ability to translate clinical content for diverse audiences.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Travel up to 5% domestically or internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical insight to align programs with multidisciplinary healthcare needs.
• Serve as liaison for Nursing and Allied Health Committees to support initiatives.
• Build relationships with nursing and allied leaders to grow engagement.
• Develop and promote medical education content with Science and Education teams.
• Translate complex scientific information into audience-friendly communications.
• Support membership growth, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Evaluate programs and events for relevance, value, and participation.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 5%.
