Job summary

The Waterford at Hartford, a Sonida Senior Living community in Hartford, WI, is hiring Nursing Aide/Caregiver for full-time and part-time roles on the 3rd shift (10:00pm to 6:00am).

You will assist with activities of daily living, resident care, meals, and mobility, while delivering dignity and respect. Our benefits include health and dental insurance, 401k with company match, paid training, PTO from day one, and opportunity for education and growth.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living.

Responsibilities

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Escorts residents within the building as needed.
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards.
• May assist with planning and executing resident activities on a regular schedule.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.
