The Waterford at West Bend in West Bend, WI is seeking a Nursing Aide to assist residents with daily living, medication support, and mobility needs, while promoting independence and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with instrumental activities of daily living and medications as directed.
• Escorts residents within the building and outside when needed.
• Assists with meals, cleaning, and setting up activities for residents.
• Supports planning and execution of scheduled activities for residents.
• Treats residents with dignity and respect at all times.

Nursing Aid Responsibilities include:

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, assistance with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence
• Escorts residents both within the building and outside, as needed

• May assist with the planning and executing of activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times
