Job summary

The Waterford at Mansfield, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a Nursing Aide to assist residents with activities of daily living and provide compassionate care. The role includes medication assistance, meal support, and activity planning in a supportive senior living environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, medication assistance, treatments, and encouraging self-care and independence.
• Escorts residents within and outside the building as needed.
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleanup.
• May assist with planning and executing resident activities on a regular basis.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.
