The Waterford at Mansfield, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking dedicated staff to join our team and support residents in a warm, caring environment.

You will interact with residents, families and staff, ensuring safety, dignity, and respect while participating in ongoing training and education programs. We offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with residents, families, staff, and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous.
• Ensure that residents are free from abuse (physicals, verbal and sexual).
• Supports resident independent recreation, based on individual preferences.
• Ensures the residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with the residents' service plan.
• Attends all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
