The Waterford at Hartford in Hartford, WI is seeking a Nursing Aide/Caregiver to provide compassionate care for residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care on the 3rd shift (10:00pm to 6:00am).

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, medications, treatments and promotes independence.
• Escorts residents within the building and outside, as needed.
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleanup.
• May assist with planning and executing activities for residents on a regular basis.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.

Nursing Aid/Caregiver Responsibilities

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, assistance with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence
• Escorts residents both within the building and outside, as needed
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards
• May assist with the planning and executing of activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times
