Job summary

Froedtert Health seeks an Administrative Supervisor to lead nursing operations during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. This on-site role ensures safe staffing, efficient patient flow, and strong collaboration with Nursing Directors, Risk, HR, and Emergency Management.

The ideal candidate has a BSN (MSN preferred) and a minimum of 3 years clinical experience with demonstrated leadership, plus at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience with demonstrated leadership.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role (e.g. Charge RN, Supervisor).
• Wisconsin RN license required; multi-state license (NLC) accepted if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Represent administration during evening, night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Oversee staffing and resource management for off-shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Coordinate patient placement with Admission, Access Center, and nursing units.
