Job summary

The ideal candidate has a BSN, RN license, and at least three years in acute care with leadership experience; a MSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum three years acute care nursing experience with leadership/administration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing department operations after hours.
• Respond to code blue and disasters.
• Collaborate with Central Staffing, Transfer Center, Patient Placement, and Emergency Department to ensure patient flow.
• Lead, supervise, teach, and collaborate with staff; enforce policies.
