Hennepin Healthcare is seeking an Administrative Nursing Supervisor for nights (0.75 FTE) to provide administrative and operational leadership in the absence of administrators. You will guide patient flow, staff coordination, and escalate issues through on-call leadership to ensure safety and efficiency.

This role requires a Minnesota RN license, 5+ years of nursing experience including a year in charge or supervision, and a preference for a BSN and Nursing Administration certification.

Qualificações

• Graduation from an approved school of nursing.
• Five years of progressive nursing experience.
• 1 Year of charge or supervisor experience.
• 1 Year of Critical care nursing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Directs hospital operations in the absence of administrators and managers.
• Serves as a key contact for emergencies or facility concerns.
• Supervises and coordinates care delivery activities and staff in the absence of the unit Manager.
• Directs patient care staff in the consistent application of standards, policies and procedures as defined by the unit, department and organization.
• Facilitates optimal patient flow and patient placement processes.
• Leads the bed strategy meetings for planning.
• Coaches and mentors staff on patient and family centered care, quality and safety standards.
