Requirements include a Nursing degree (BSN or higher) and an RN license; leadership experience is essential and graduate nursing education is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience with leadership demonstrated.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role (e.g., Charge RN, Supervisor).
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Graduate degree preferred.
• Current Wisconsin RN license or multi-state license via NLC.

Responsibilities

• Represents administration during evening, night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Oversees decisions impacting clinical operations and nursing care delivery.
• Coordinates patient placement and staffing on off-shifts and holidays.
• Collaborates with Risk Management, Human Resources, Public Relations and Emergency Management.
