Job summary

Jefferson Healthcare in Port Townsend, WA, is seeking a full-time Clinical Manager of Nursing Administration to provide operational and clinical leadership for nursing support services, including House Supervisors, Staffing, Case Management, and Respiratory Therapy.

You will partner with nursing and medical staff to strengthen processes, ensure CMS readiness, drive quality improvement, manage staffing and resource allocation, and uphold professional standards.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing (WA) required
• Bachelor's of Nursing preferred
• 1 year ICU and/or emergency nursing experience required
• 3 years acute care nursing experience required
• 2 years progressive nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with staffing, patient flow, care coordination, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance
• Working knowledge of CMS Conditions of Participation and DNV accreditation standards
• Current BLS (Healthcare Provider) required
• ACLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and clinical leadership for nursing support services, including House Supervisors, Staffing, Case Management, and Respiratory Therapy
• Partner with nursing, medical staff, and leadership to strengthen clinical and operational processes
• Drive continuous improvement, staff competency, and performance
• Ensure CMS Conditions of Participation, accreditation readiness, and regulatory compliance
