Job summary
Jefferson Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Manager of Nursing Administration to provide operational and clinical leadership for nursing support services, including staffing, case management and respiratory therapy. You will partner with nursing and medical staff to strengthen processes and drive performance while ensuring CMS and DNV compliance.

Qualifications
- Current Washington State RN license in good standing
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Minimum of two years progressive nursing leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience with staffing, patient flow, and care coordination
- Knowledge of CMS Conditions of Participation, DNV accreditation standards, and healthcare regulations
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications

- Provide operational and clinical leadership for nursing support services
- Lead staffing and resource allocation to optimize patient flow and care delivery
- Drive quality improvement and regulatory readiness across departments
