Job summary

Jefferson Health Northeast is seeking an Administrative Nursing Supervisor to lead operations across all shifts. You will coordinate staffing, patient movement and emergency management while ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.

Collaborating with the Nursing Leadership Team, you will drive staff engagement, professional development, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards across three campuses in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Nursing and current PA RN license.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care.
• Cultural awareness and respect for diversity.
• Effective communication with teams and patients.
• Basic computer skills and safety training (BLS/ACLS).
• Ability to collaborate across departments.
