Job summary

Jefferson Healthcare is seeking a full-time Clinical Manager of Nursing Administration to provide operational and clinical leadership for key nursing support services, including House Supervisors, Staffing, Case Management, and Respiratory Therapy. This role partners across nursing, medical staff, and leadership to strengthen processes and drive continuous improvement.

You will lead staffing, quality initiatives, and regulatory readiness while ensuring CMS Conditions of Participation and DNV

Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN license in good standing.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year ICU and/or ED nursing experience.
• Minimum 3 years acute care nursing experience.
• Minimum 2 years progressive nursing leadership.
• Experience with staffing, patient flow, and quality improvement.
• Working knowledge of CMS Conditions of Participation and DNV standards.
• Current BLS and ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and clinical leadership for nursing services including House Supervisors, Staffing, Case Management, and Respiratory Therapy.
• Oversee staffing and resource allocation to support patient flow and safety.
• Drive quality improvement and regulatory readiness in alignment with standards.

Jefferson Healthcare is seeking a full-time experienced and collaborative Clinical Manager of Nursing Administration to provide operational and clinical leadership for key nursing support services, including House Supervisors, Staffing, Case Management, and Respiratory Therapy. This is an opportunity to lead services that play an essential role in patient flow, care coordination, staffing, and the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care.

In this role, you will partner closely with nursing, medical staff, and organizational leadership to strengthen clinical and operational processes, support staff competency, and performance, and drive continuous improvement. You will provide leadership for staffing and resource allocation, quality improvement, regulatory readiness, and performance monitoring while ensuring assigned services meet CMS Conditions of Participation, DNV accreditation requirements, organizational policies, and professional standards of practice.

What You'll Bring

• Current Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing required
• Bachelor's of Nursing preferred
• Minimum of one year of intensive care and/or emergency nursing experience required
• Minimum of three years of recent acute care nursing experience required
• Minimum of two years of progressive nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with staffing, patient flow, care coordination, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop staff, manage competing priorities, and collaborate across disciplines
• Working knowledge of CMS Conditions of Participation, DNV accreditation standards, and applicable healthcare regulations
• Current BLS (Healthcare Provider) required
• Current ACLS certification required
