Job summary

Jefferson Healthcare is seeking a full-time Clinical Manager of Nursing Administration to provide operational and clinical leadership for key nursing support services, including House Supervisors, Staffing, Case Management, and Respiratory Therapy. This role partners across nursing, medical staff, and leadership to strengthen processes and drive continuous improvement.

You will lead staffing, quality initiatives, and regulatory readiness while ensuring CMS Conditions of Participation and DNV

Qualifications

Current Washington State RN license in good standing.
BSN preferred.
Minimum 1 year ICU and/or ED nursing experience.
Minimum 3 years acute care nursing experience.
Minimum 2 years progressive nursing leadership.
Experience with staffing, patient flow, and quality improvement.
Working knowledge of CMS Conditions of Participation and DNV standards.
Current BLS and ACLS required.

Responsibilities

Provide operational and clinical leadership for nursing services including House Supervisors, Staffing, Case Management, and Respiratory Therapy.
Oversee staffing and resource allocation to support patient flow and safety.
Drive quality improvement and regulatory readiness in alignment with standards.
Collaborate across disciplines to develop staff competency and performance.
Ensure compliance with CMS and accreditation requirements.
