Job summary

Heritage Valley Health System in Beaver, PA seeks a full-time Nursing Administration Manager to support on-site clinical services with shift accountability, coordinating department resources and collaborating across departments to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires PA RN licensure, ACLS, 3+ years of clinical leadership, and timely completion of required clearances; PALS/NRP for Maternal Child Health and PACU as applicable.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse.
• Minimum of three years clinical experience in the clinical area that is supervised and demonstrated expert clinical and leadership skills, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• ACLS required.
• PALS and NRP certification required for Maternal Child Health, PALS required for PACU.
• Successful completion of applicable clearances as outlined in Human Resources policy HR-106 within 90 days of commencing employment.

Responsibilities

• Shift accountability in assisting the Manager to provide high quality, cost effective patient care through direct management of human and fiscal resources.
• Coordinate department clinical services and collaborate with other departments.
• Act as the on-site administrative representative during off shifts, holidays and weekends.
