Job summary

Arizona College of Nursing on campus is seeking an Adjunct Faculty member to teach in our Simulation Lab, guiding nursing students through didactic, clinical, and lab experiences.

The role involves developing and evaluating curriculum, leading simulation sessions, and providing timely feedback while upholding the college’s values of Passion, Excellence, Adaptability, Accountability and Integrity.

Qualifications

• Evidence of education and experience to teach courses and develop policies within the institution framework.
• Graduate degree in nursing or related discipline (or Bachelor’s in nursing with related graduate degree).
• Minimum of three years’ work experience as a professional registered nurse providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Teach didactic and clinical courses as assigned.
• Develop, teach, evaluate, and revise curriculum and course objectives.
• Lead simulation learning experiences in the Nursing Lab.
• Provide student feedback and assessment across didactic, clinical, and lab settings.
• Coordinate with Course Lead Faculty to support student success plans and remediation.
