Job summary

Arizona College of Nursing is seeking an experienced Nursing Adjunct Faculty member to support didactic, clinical, and skills lab teaching across our nursing education programs.

You will design, deliver, and evaluate course objectives while aligning with our core values of Passion, Excellence, Adaptability, Integrity and Accountability. A graduate nursing degree is required, with RN licensure and clinical experience, and a commitment to student success.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates have experience with community health, OB, and/or Peds nursing.
• Graduate degree required; if degree is not in nursing, a nursing bachelor's plus graduate degree in related discipline is required.
• Minimum of three years’ work experience as a professional registered nurse; teaching experience in a nursing program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach and evaluate students in didactic courses.
• Lead clinical and lab experiences; coordinate with Course Lead Faculty on student success plans.
• Develop, implement, and revise nursing curricula and course objectives.
• Ensure FERPA compliance and maintain student performance records.
• Provide timely feedback on clinical and academic work; communicate with faculty and staff.
• Attend campus faculty meetings and contribute to program evaluation and revision.
