Reynolds Community College is seeking an Academic Learning Specialist within the Associate Degree Nursing Program. The role focuses on academic coaching, student support, remediation, clinical readiness coordination, and NCLEX preparation to improve retention and licensure outcomes.

The position requires a BSN, an active Virginia RN license, and at least two years of direct client care experience, plus proficiency with educational software. Travel between campus sites is possible.

Formación

• BSN from an accredited institution.
• Current active and unencumbered RN license in Virginia.
• Minimum of two years of direct client care experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Proficiency with technology and educational software applications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide academic coaching and student support services.
• Deliver remediation and NCLEX readiness assistance.
• Coordinate clinical readiness and progression in the nursing program.
• Support retention, progression, and licensure outcomes for students.
• Ensure compliance with clinical requirements for program progression.
