Qualifications

• Active or eligible RN license.
• Strong NCLEX performance, first-attempt pass or high proficiency.
• Experience in tutoring or mentoring peers in nursing school.

Responsibilities

• Coach nursing students on NCLEX test-taking strategies.
• Provide one-on-one and group sessions to improve exam performance.
• Help students create individualized study plans and remediation outlines.
