Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the state where employed.
• BSN from ACEN or CCNE-accredited program.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Experience with nursing education and tutoring preferred.
• Proficient with LMS and educational technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group tutoring for ABSN students.
• Assess learning needs and monitor progress; document outcomes.
• Develop personalized study plans and learning resources.
• Create NCLEX-focused content and test-taking strategies.
• Collaborate with faculty and academic advisors for student success.
