Qualifications

Current, active RN license in Massachusetts.
BSN from ACEN or CCNE-accredited program.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care or specialty practice.
Demonstrated expertise in fundamentals, pharmacology, pathophysiology, and clinical reasoning.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Experience working with adult learners and diverse student populations.
Proficiency with learning management systems and educational technology.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Create a collaborative tutoring environment to help ABSN students reach full potential.
Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring across nursing courses.
Assist students in understanding complex nursing concepts, pharmacology, pathophysiology, and clinical applications.
Develop and implement individualized study plans for students needing extra support.
Teach study strategies, time management, and NCLEX-style test-taking techniques.
