skills Student Assessment & Progress Monitoring 20%* Assess individual student learning needs and identify knowledge gaps* Monitor student progress and maintain detailed records of tutoring sessions* Collaborate with faculty to identify at-risk students and develop intervention strategies* Provide regular feedback to students, faculty, and program leadership regarding student progress* Participate in academic success meetings and remediation planning Resource Development 15%* Create supplemental learning materials including study guides, practice questions, and concept maps* Develop and maintain a library of tutoring resources aligned with course content* Design interactive learning activities to reinforce difficult concepts* Utilize technology and educational platforms to enhance student learning* Stay current with NCLEX-RN test plan and integrate relevant content into tutoring sessions Program Collaboration 5%* Work closely with ABSN faculty to align tutoring services with
