Wilkes University invites applicants for a full time 12 month staff position as an Accelerated Baccalaureate Nursing Program (ABSN) Coordinator in the Undergraduate Department of the Passan School of Nursing (PSON).

The role focuses on developing and managing the online ABSN program, coordinating with the dean and undergraduate chair, and supporting recruitment and student success across university departments.

Qualifications

• Master's in Nursing required and eligibility for PA RN licensure.
• Minimum of three years' experience as a registered nurse.
• Academic experience preferred.
• Computer skills are a necessity; strong organization and time management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the online ABSN program in collaboration with the dean and undergraduate chair.
• Collaborate with university departments for recruitment, enrollment and student success.
• Serve as academic advisor for all ABSN program students.
• Triage telephone calls and emails and work with database systems.
• Prepare CCNE and State Board reports and manage assigned projects.
