Job summary
Northeastern University School of Nursing is seeking a dedicated RN with at least five years of clinical nursing experience to serve as a full-time Nursing Academic Coach for the Accelerated BSN program. You will provide individualized and group tutoring, helping ABSN students build strong clinical reasoning and exam skills.

Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state (unencumbered).
- BSN from ACEN/CCNE-accredited program required.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care or specialty practice.
- Strong clinical knowledge, pharmacology, pathophysiology, and clinical reasoning.
- Excellent communication and ability to teach adult learners.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and group tutoring for ABSN students and courses.
- Develop individualized study plans and learning resources.
- Support clinical reasoning, pharmacology, and exam prep.
- Collaborate with faculty and program leadership on student success.
- Utilize LMS and educational tech to enhance learning experiences.
