You will partner with Finance, Risk, and executive leadership to model financial impacts while educating staff on product substitutions, recalls, and variance reduction initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
• RN license in good standing (state or multi-state).
• 3 years of leadership/management experience.
• 5 years nursing experience in an acute care setting.
• Experience with medical supplies, supply chain, or value analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate value analysis projects across NCHS.
• Analyze product research, outcomes data, and financials for cost-effective care.
• Act as liaison between Supply Chain, GPOs, vendors, and hospital leaders.
• Coordinate product evaluations and financial reviews with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement cost-management programs with department leaders.
• Educate staff on new products, substitutions, and variance reduction.
• Collaborate with Finance and leadership on financial impact modeling.
• Engage clinicians in product selection, cost-benefit, and outcomes discussions.
