Qualifications

• BSN required from state-approved nursing program.
• RN licensure active in Florida or multi-state compact.
• 3 years of leadership/management experience.
• 5 years of nursing in an acute care setting.
• Experience with medical supplies, supply chain, or cost-benefit analysis.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead value analysis projects aligned with hospital goals and strategy.
• Analyze product research, outcomes data, and financial analyses to optimize cost-effective care.
• Serve as a liaison among Supply Chain, vendor partners, and medical staff for cost-effective product use.
• Coordinate product evaluations and financial reviews involving all stakeholders.
• Drive cost-management programs through collaboration with department leaders.
• Educate staff on new products, conversions, and appropriate usage to reduce variance.
