Job summary

Nicklaus Children's Health System is seeking a nurse leader to drive value analysis across the organization, reviewing contracts, evaluating products, and coordinating clinical input for cost-effective supply decisions.

The role requires collaboration with executives and clinical staff to optimize product utilization, reduce variation, and support high-quality patient care within a complex hospital network.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required and RN licensure in Florida (or equivalent)
• 3 years working with leadership/management
• 5 years of nursing experience in acute care
• Experience with medical supplies, supply chain operations, or value/cost-benefit analysis
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Responsibilities

• Lead value analysis projects across NCHS aligned with strategy and goals
• Analyze product research, outcomes, and financials for cost-effective care
• Act as liaison between Supply Chain, vendor community, hospital leaders and medical staff
• Coordinate product evaluations and financial reviews for stakeholder representation
• Drive cost-management programs with department leaders
• Educate staff on new products, substitutions, and reduction of variance
