• Maintains privacy, confidentiality, and security of patient, staff and organization data while supporting an ethical practice environment.
• Assists leadership with budget and resource planning to ensure sound fiscal management and efficient unit operations.
• Participates in on-call duties and assumes House Supervisor responsibilities as needed.
• Leads performance improvement initiatives and supports evidence-based practice across the nursing division.
