The Nurse Unit Manager LPN will supervise staff, coordinate with administration, and ensure adherence to nursing standards while maintaining safe, clean, and efficient care areas. The position emphasizes strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Current CPR Certification required.
• Possess a current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Long-Term care and MDS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages nursing staff, scheduling breaks, and coaching as needed.
• Liaises with administration and nursing staff to plan care.
• Develops and maintains care standards.
• Conducts rounds to monitor resident conditions and staffing performance.
• Maintains clean, safe nursing areas and equipment.
