Greens at Weaverville is seeking a Unit Manager (LPN/RN) to lead daily nursing operations and support a compassionate care team. You will oversee admissions, coordinate with DON/ADON, and ensure regulatory compliance to deliver exceptional resident care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or approved LPN or RN nursing program.
• Current, active, and unencumbered North Carolina LPN or RN license.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in healthcare settings.
• Strong understanding of nursing practices and long-term care regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make clinical decisions and manage daily unit operations.
• Team-oriented leadership with staff support.
• PointClickCare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily nursing operations to ensure exceptional resident care.
• Mentor nursing staff and promote teamwork, accountability, and development.
• Collaborate with DON and ADON to maintain high care standards.
• Oversee resident admissions, transfers, and discharges for smooth transitions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Monitor care plans and ensure individualized, compassionate care.
