Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Georgia.
• Prior experience in a Rehabilitation Center or Nursing Home setting.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient needs, provide optimal care and guidance.
• Observe and interpret patient symptoms and communicate with physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to create personalized care plans.
• Perform routine procedures and maintain accurate patient charts.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
