Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Proven experience in nursing management or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, infection control and sterile processing.
• Proficient in medication administration and IV infusion protocols; ICD-10 coding.
• Experience in team management and excellent communication.
• Background in emergency medicine and behavioral health preferred.
• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team and promote a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage nursing staff with guidance, support, and evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in patient care, including infection control.
• Oversee clinical protocols related to anatomy, sterile processing, IV, and emergency care.
