Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in the State of New Jersey (required).
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or unit management experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care.
• Compassionate, resident-focused, and team-oriented professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all nursing activities on the assigned unit.
• Ensure that residents receive quality, person-centered care in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching, education, and support.
