The Unit Manager coordinates resource use, ensures timely, appropriate care interventions, and fosters interdisciplinary collaboration to meet regulatory standards and patient/family satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LPN required.
• Experience in nursing home or skilled nursing setting preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care management for a defined patient population within the unit.
• Lead nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Coordinate resource utilization and interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Support professional development and staff education.
