Mount Holly Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in New Jersey is seeking a Unit Manager (RN) for the Subacute Unit. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. with daily pay available.

The Unit Manager provides clinical leadership on the unit, oversees resident care, ensures incident reporting, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams. Requirements include an active New Jersey RN license, BLS, a nursing degree (preferred), five years of nursing experience, and two years of

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey is required.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a nursing setting.

Responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility and accountability for resident care on the assigned nursing unit.
• Oversee and coordinate resident care to promote high functional levels.
• Ensure incident reporting with follow-up to the Administrator and DON.
• Participate in facility committees and programs as directed by the DON.
• Assist in development, implementation, and evaluation of policies and procedures.
• Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff on the unit.
• Monitor compliance with care plans, regulations, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident-centered care.
