Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Proven experience in nursing management.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, infection control, and sterile processing.
• Proficient in medication administration and IV infusion.
• Familiar with ICD-10 coding for documentation.
• Experience in team management and communication.
• Background in emergency medicine and behavioral health preferred.
• Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and promote a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in patient care, including infection control and medication administration.
• Oversee the implementation of clinical protocols related to anatomy knowledge, sterile processing, catheterization, IV infusion, and emergency medicine.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and enhance patient care plans.
• Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ICD-10 standards.
• Provide training and education to nursing staff on behavioral health and emergency procedures.
• Address any staffing issues or conflicts promptly to maintain a cohesive work environment.
