Qualifications
- Licensed RN or LPN required.
- Experience in nursing home or skilled nursing setting preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities

- Lead nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
- Coordinate resource utilization and interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient care and regulatory compliance.
