The Unit Manager coordinates resource utilization and interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient and family satisfaction, ensure adherence to clinical systems and regulatory compliance, and support staff growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LPN is required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
