Arbors at Gallipolis is seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor Registered Nurse to direct the operation of a nursing unit in a long-term care facility. You will lead nursing staff, coordinate resident care, and ensure compliance with care standards.

The role requires an RN license with leadership capabilities, strong communication, and regulatory knowledge to maintain high-quality care and staff development in a dynamic clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited school; RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operation of a nursing unit in a long-term care facility.
• Plan and facilitate meetings addressing resident care issues.
• Monitor staffing and census to meet resident needs and budget targets.
• Participate in recruitment, retention, and staff development programs.
• Coordinate physician contacts and ensure timely interventions.
• Oversee medication, supplies, and medical records for safety and efficiency.
• Orient new personnel and supervise skill development.
• Participate in facility QA programs.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
