Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program.
• Valid LPN/LVN license in the state of employment.
• Valid CPR certification.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Documents residents’ condition and nursing needs.
• Implements physician orders accurately and promptly.
• Allocates nursing care to team members per resident needs.
• Supervises and evaluates junior staff and CNAs.
• Administers medications and treatments; documents as required by law.
• Participates in orientation and in‑service training.
• Maintains inventory and ensures equipment safety.
• Coordinates care with other departments during therapy or procedures.
