Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) required where state mandates.
• CPR teaching certificate, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate meetings to address resident care issues.
• Ensure staffing meets resident needs and budgetary controls.
• Monitor clinical operations and ensure quality care.
• Obtain medications, supplies and records for safe care.
