Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's required.
• Valid NJ RN License.
• 2+ years direct clinical experience managing multiple offices.
• 2 years inpatient/hospital experience.
• Gastroenterology experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and handle a lot at once.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care, including preparation for patient visit, assessment, and care plans.
• Supervises and guides Nurses and Certified Medical Assistants.
• Conducts phone triaging.
• Oversees medication management and familiar with medication authorization.
• Educates patients and families and coordinates community education programs.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Manages coverage and related duties as assigned.
• Oversees clinical schedules with Administrative Supervisors.
• Conducts Clinical meetings.
• Maintains clinical productivity reports and updates leadership.
• Visits offices to check in on staff, operations and compliance.
