Mercy is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee a patient care unit in Ferguson, MO. You will lead a team of nurses, ensure quality care, manage staffing and budgets, and collaborate with physicians and administrators to meet patient needs.

The role requires a BSN (or enrollment in the next 2 years), RN licensure in Missouri, and at least four years of clinical experience with supervisory responsibilities. CPR/NRP certification and a medication safety competency are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• BSN or working toward BSN within 2 years.
• Current RN licensure in the applicable state.
• Four years of clinical specialty experience with management/teaching responsibilities.
• Basic computer skills including data entry, Windows, and MS Office.
• CPR and NRP certifications.
• Medication and math competency test required before medication administration.
• BS/MS preferred.
• Two years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
• PALS certification preferred.
