Job summary

Mercy in St. Louis, MO, is seeking a dedicated nurse leader to oversee planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of operations and patient care in designated areas.

The role functions as a staff nurse when needed and may assume managerial duties delegated by a manager. We value collaboration, compassion, and a commitment to Mercy Service Standards as we care for our community.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Must have a current RN license in the state of practice.
• Two or three years' experience in patient care.
• Preferred Supervisory or management experience.
• Preferred CRRN certification.
• Rehabilitation experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care in designated areas.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Functions as a staff nurse in the department as needed.
• Assumes managerial duties delegated by a manager.
