Job summary

Mount Carmel Care Center in Lenox, MA invites you to join as a Nurse Supervisor (RN or LPN). Work 3pm–11pm and be on-call about once every five weeks; supervise staff on your unit and deliver hands-on care as needed, with a focus on resident wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough assessments of residents.

• Ensure incidents are investigated, documented, reviewed and reported correctly.
• Provide on-call support as needed.
• Oversee new admissions when Nursing Managers are unavailable.
• Communicate with providers, resident families and administration.

Registered Nurse or LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor

Come join us at Mount Carmel Care Center! We are a Faith-Based, Non-Profit, boutique-sized Long-Term Care facility (69 beds), nestled in the heart of the Berkshires. Twice voted "Best of the Berkshires," we are sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm since 2013 and maintain a mission-based environment for our staff and residents.

Nurse Supervisor - RN - Registered Nurse or LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

• 3pm to 11pm + once/every 5 weeks on-call.
• $39 to $51 per hour based on license and experience.
• Only Faith-Based Skilled Nursing Facility in the region.

Nurse Qualifications

• Current MA RN - Registered Nurse or LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse License
• 1 years’ experience in nursing supervision or nursing management in a Long-Term Care.
• BLS Certification required.
