Mount Carmel Care Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our on-site team in Lenox, MA. This full-time/part-time role supports bathing, dressing, meal assistance, and basic nursing tasks in a faith-based, non-profit setting.

We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits. CPR certification is required, and all shifts are available to meet staffing needs.

Qualifications

• CNA required with current permission to practice in the state.
• CPR certification current or within 90 days of hire.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bath, dress and/or undress residents.
• Serve and collect food trays, confirm diet orders, assist with meal times.
• Transport residents to and from dining room.
• Perform limited nursing procedures under supervision.
• Take and record vital signs, intake/output, and samples.
• Assist staff nurses with treatments and examinations.

We are looking to fill the position ofCertified Nursing Assistant - CNA - Full-Time/Part-Time.

• $20 to $24 per hour based on experience plus additional for shift diffs.
• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time.
• All shifts available!
• Mount Carmel Care Center is Berkshire County's only faith based skilled nursing facility.
• Current CPR certification.

Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA Job Summary:
