Mount Carmel Care Center is a faith-based, non-profit long-term care facility in Lenox, MA seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN/LPN). The role covers supervision, hands-on care, and on-call support on weekends, with compensation ranging from $39 to $51 per hour based on license and experience.

Qualifications

• Current MA RN or LPN license.
• 1 year of nursing supervision or nursing management in a long-term care setting.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough assessments of residents.
• Manage staff on each unit, ensure resources and staffing.
• Provide hands-on nursing care as necessary.
• Ensure incidents are investigated, documented, reviewed and reported.
• Provide on-call support to the facility when needed.
• Oversee new admissions when Nursing Managers are not available.
• Communicate with providers, resident families and administration.
