Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct nursing staff and supervise CNAs to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Administer medications and observe for adverse effects as ordered by physicians.
• Conduct rounds, document changes in residents' status, and coordinate with interdisciplinary team.
