Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in Kansas.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff assignments and supervise resident care to ensure high quality standards.
• Complete and file admission, discharge, transfer records and other essential charts.
• Prepare and administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges, including transportation arrangements.
• Collaborate with DON and facility consultants to implement care plans and address issues.
